The Shore is a high-end residential scheme in Westcliff-on-Sea, offering luxury waterside apartments within easy reach of the City of London. The new identity employs the identifiable building outline in the logo and, through typography and illustration, creates reference to the art deco period when the British seaside was in its prime.
